We are founding members of Cresa LLC, an international corporate real estate firm, that exclusively represents tenants and specializes in the delivery of fully integrated real estate services. Our company was originally formed in 1993 when the Portland office and other leading regional tenant-representation firms—averaging 20-year histories in their respective markets—joined forces to strengthen their capabilities and provide greater service scope for present and future clients. As Cresa continued to expand through merger with best-in-class regional offices and expansion of service offerings, we quickly became one of the fastest-growing corporate real estate advisory firms in the country.
